WalterWalter Wolfgang, 40 years a Labour member, was manhandled out of the 2005 Labour conference for calling out one word, "Nonsense!", when the then foreign secretary Jack Straw was talking nonsense. Time for Change on 24 September, the day after the TIME TO GO demonstration will be a very different conference and will encourage open debate and discussion.

Footnote:
Since the 2005 Labour conference, Jack Straw has been sacked as foreign secretary and Walter Wolfgang has been elected to Labour's ruling National Eexecutive Committee. On being elected, Walter, 83, said he would campaign for an immediate ceasefire in Lebanon and British troops out of Iraq.
