Against Takhfir and Sectarianism

As the campaign of resistance against the occupation intensifies, a sinister plan is unfolding to divide and ignite a sectarian strife among the Iraqi people by both the American occupation and backward terrorist sectarian groups. The targeting of innocent civilians is utterly condemned by our people and has nothing to do, in any shape or form, to the legitimate struggle against the occupation. These kinds of atrocities will only serve the interest of the occupation. This plan to divide and rule is domed to failure because our people are determined to maintain their unity to expel the occupation and build an independent, democratic and unified Iraq.

Nothing illustrate the unity of our people more than the action of a national hero, Othman Ali, an Iraqi medal swimmer of the sunni faith, who managed to rescue six Iraqis, of the shia faith, from the river tigress after the stampede on Alaimma Bridge recently, then lost his life trying to rescue the seventh victim. Othman Ali, represent the true spirit of the Iraqi People in the face of adversity and occupation.
