David Cameron is sucking Britain into something he hasn't seriously thought through, says MP Jeremy Corbyn. The conflict in Mali could be long and bloody, reminiscent of Afghanistan.

Chair of Stop the War Coalition, Jeremy Corbyn MP, says David Cameron is sucking Britain in to something he hasn't seriously thought through. It is reminiscent of Asfhanistan in 2001, all "hunky dory" at the start but after a few months the western armies were dragged into a war which has now lasted over eleven years.
The intervention in Mali, says Corbyn, could be a very long and bloody conflict.
Jeremy Corbyn is speaking, alongside Noam Chomsky, Tariq Ali, Owen Jones, and many more, at the international conference, Confronting War Today, in London on 9 February 2013.
