Writer David Swanson asks why there is bigger outrage over US soldiers urinating on dead Afghans than the fact they first murdered them.

It is not a handful of "bad apples" in the US army that explains this atrocity, he says, but sending soldiers to fight an unjustified war in Afghanistan, which is one huge atrocity.

David Swanson's latest book is "When the World Outlawed War". He blogs regularly on warisacrime.org
