The summit of NATO leaders celebrating that organisation's 70th birthday is to held near London at the beginning of December and there will be a demonstration on December 3rd when the QUeen has invited them all the Buckingham Palace. It will assemble from 4pm in Trafalgar Square to march to Buckingham Palace.
Murad Qureshi will introduce the background to this demonstration and the role of NATO which, far from being the peacekeeping organisation come may believe it to be, has played a key role in many of the world's conflicts.
Turkey is one of NATO's members and has used the US disengagement from Syria as an excuse to launch a savage attack on the semi-autonomous Kurdish region in the North of Syria. Come to the meeting to discuss the issues raised and how we can build for a MASSIVE NO TO TRUMP, NO TO NATO DEMONSTRATION.
